We only share information where it is reasonably necessary. Suppliers that help operate the website may process information on our behalf. The current website uses Netlify for hosting, EmailJS to deliver website form enquiries, and Supabase for website administration and content services.

We may also share information where required by law, or with professional advisers where necessary. We do not sell personal information.

Some technology suppliers may process information outside the UK. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we expect the relevant supplier to use safeguards required by applicable UK data protection law.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry and booking information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including dealing with your enquiry, providing the requested service, maintaining appropriate business records, resolving disputes and meeting legal or accounting requirements. The exact period therefore depends on the type of record and why it is needed.

Partially completed contact-form details are not intentionally saved in your browser for later visits.
